Rocky Mountaineer has been a beloved tourism experience for more than 30 years. With luxury trains running from Vancouver to the Rockies, and recently with a new line, Rockies to the Red Rocks in the US, it has a strong following. Emerging from the pandemic, there was pent-up demand for their offering, however they knew that to continue engaging an audience and moving them from consideration to booking, they needed to elevate their content and engagement.

We worked with the brand team to develop and define a content strategy. We began by uncovering fresh stories that capture the on-board experience, then defined the means to simplify the collection and execution of the content. The result is a reinvigorated team starting the new tourism season armed with the tools they need to deliver compelling stories and higher engagement.
